These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of products and services offered by Hi5 Biz Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to digital snapshots, courses, memberships, and marketing services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use or access our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Hi5 Biz Solutions provides a variety of digital and professional services for entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and business owners, including:

CRM snapshots (delivered through third-party platforms)
Digital training courses and onboarding resources
Paid membership communities and resource hubs
Agency marketing services and consulting

1. Scope of Services

Hi5 Biz Solutions provides a variety of digital and professional services for entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and business owners, including:

CRM snapshots (delivered through third-party platforms)
Digital training courses and onboarding resources
Paid membership communities and resource hubs
Agency marketing services and consulting

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Categories & Terms

A. Snapshots

Snapshots are prebuilt digital assets intended for use within third-party CRM platforms. Licensing is granted at the time of purchase and subject to the following:

License Types:

Single Subaccount License: For use on one CRM subaccount only. Import link is one-time-use and cannot be reused or transferred.
Agency License: For internal use within one CRM agency account (based on the provided agency relationship ID). Unlimited installs permitted within that agency only.

Usage Restrictions:

You may not clone, redistribute, modify, or create derivative snapshots from our intellectual property.
Asset Protection measures are applied to prevent unauthorized duplication.
Import links are tied to account IDs and monitored. Improper use may result in revocation of access without refund.

B. Courses

Hi5 Biz Solutions offers online courses and training resources to help users implement and manage marketing tools.

Use & Access:

Course materials are licensed to the original purchaser only.
Sharing course content, logins, or files with others is strictly prohibited.
Access may be revoked if unauthorized usage is detected.

Refund Policy:

Course purchases may be eligible for a 7-day refund window, provided no significant content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds must be requested in writing and approved at our discretion.

C. Memberships

Our membership programs include access to private communities, training hubs, and software resources.

Terms:

Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual purchaser.
Memberships may be canceled at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to remove members for violations of community standards or harmful behavior.

Refund Policy:

All memberships are billed monthly or annually. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods after cancellation. Refunds for new members may be considered within 7 days of sign-up upon written request.

D. Marketing Services

We offer done-for-you and consulting services including CRM setup, automation, funnel builds, SEO, branding, and advertising.

Terms:

All project deliverables remain the intellectual property of Hi5 Biz Solutions until full payment is received.
Project timelines and results are estimates and not guaranteed.
Revisions or scope changes may result in additional charges.

Refund Policy:

Because of the time and resource-intensive nature of our services, refunds are not offered once a project begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, snapshot builds, automation templates, workflows, designs, written content, and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Hi5 Biz Solutions.

You may not:

Reproduce or distribute any materials outside the licensed use
Use any of our products to create competing offers
Remove branding, copyright notices, or legal attributions

Violation of these rights may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

5. Third-Party Services

Some of our Services (such as snapshots) are designed to function within third-party platforms, including CRM or marketing tools. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or policy updates by these platforms.

Use of such platforms is governed by their own Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing the Go High Level Terms of Service if you are using one of our snapshots.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hi5 Biz Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any Service, including but not limited to business interruption, lost profits, or data loss.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or service without refund if we determine that a user has violated these Terms of Use, misused licensed content, or engaged in harmful behavior.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law
